Extra
- Final cleaning = 210 euro. Kitchen corner by guests or pay 26 euro more. For each pet 200 euros more.
- Expenses: (insurance, condo expenses, electricity, gas and water) = 16 euros per day per person (children upto 6 years old 12 euros per person).
- Bed linen and bath towels (weekly change mandatory, to be collected and returned at the cloakroom) = 30 euros per person per change (children upto 6 years old 15 euros per person per change).
- Reservation fees = 50 euros.
Tourist tax (from 14 to 80 years old):
- July and August: 2.50 euros per person per night;
- May, June, September and October: 1.50 euros per person per night;
- Other months: 0.50 euros per person per night.
Services on request:
- Ready enter house = INCLUDED.
- Pets (admitted only small pets, subject to authorisation) = 200 euros per each pet.
Security deposit = 250 euro. If there are animals there is a further 200 euros deposit is required.
Notes:
- Minimum stay one week.
- from 16th of June to 15 of September arrival and departure days should be on saturdays, sundays or tuesdays.
- The structure adheres to international information program about the customers.
- Check-in between 16:00/20:00. Check-out within 10:00. Arrivals after hours: 50 euro.
- For operations by credit card or bancomat there is an additional transaction fee.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation entails, in addition to the loss of the deposit paid, also the payment of a penalty equal to: 10% of the value of the stay up to 30 days before departure; 20% from 29 to 20 days; 30% from 19 to 10 days; 50% from 9 to 3 days; 90% after this deadline. The same penalty of 90% also applies in the event of a no-show at reception or interruption of the stay.
