Villa Monti is located on a hilltop, 3 kilometers from the historical center of Montepulciano and enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding valley. The Villa has been beautifully restored and furnished with antique furniture and every comfort.

The historic building spreads over two levels, with vast internal and external spaces.

On the ground floor a very bright and modern kitchen opens through a round arch into the equally spacious and bright dining room. In front of the dining room, a pergola enhances the experience of nature and the outdoors. 

A reading room with a fireplace on the upper floor, another lounge for relaxation, and a fully equipped laundry room complete the farmhouse.

The villa can comfortably accommodate 12-17 people and consists of:
- 2 superior suites of 60 square meters,
- 2 junior suites of 35 square meters,
- and 2 double bedrooms of 30 square meters.
All the apartments and rooms are with en-suite bathrooms and equipped with superior king-size beds.
Up to 5 additional beds can be added in the bedrooms.
