The villa is located in the Country Village, a residential complex few chilometers from Stintino and the picturesque La Pelosa Beach. Due to its location the villa enjoys stunning views of the lake, the countryside and the sea.

On the ground floor curtains and white walls making the house bright and sunny. There is a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each. The living room leads into a separate dining room with dining table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with fridge, washing machine and microwave oven.
At this level there is also a white tiled bathroom with shower.

The first floor has white walls, the ceiling is high with exposed wooden beams. From the master bedroom with double bed you can enjoy a panoramic view. There is also a double room with two single iron beds, an ensuite bathroom and a terrace. At this level there is also another bathroom. Both bathrooms on the first floor are  with shower-tub.

The living room opens onto the terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool (around 9x4 m), also with a view of the sea, lake and countryside. The shaded terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. It has an gray iron table for six people. The villa has a barbeque.
