Costa Pardiso (OT) - Terraced house with shared swimming pool (6 units)

The house has a large living room furnished with TV, sofa (where one person could sleep) and dining area. The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook. Both from the living area and from the kitchen you can access the outside through French doors.
The house has two bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. The house is completed by the main bathroom.
On request it is possible to add one more single bed.

Outside the villa has a veranda with panoramic view, garden and shared swimming pool, parking space.
On the back there is an area equipped with barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. In the small laundry there is a shared washing machine.

The villa is located in the Costa Paradiso complex with two shopping centers with excellent catering services, supermarket, bar, tobacconist's newspapers, pharmacy, medical guard and various shops.
There is a sports center for football, tennis and various sports enthusiasts; night entertainment takes place in the characteristic and renowned Jolly Disco Bar which guarantees a live musical summer with entertainment, entertainment, piano bar and disco.
