The annex, with independent access, has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Accessories: The house is equipped with a flat screen TV, fridge/freezer, electric oven, barbecue, water heater, washing machine (in the cellar), dishwasher. Air conditioning and internet available on request.

Outside: The villa is surrounded by greenery and has large outdoor spaces, a veranda overlooking the sea, a patio with a barbecue and private parking.

The location: The Villa is located in the "Costa Paradiso" Village, in a quiet and panoramic position. A few hundred meters away is the center of the tourist village where there are a number of shops and services, bars, restaurants, etc.
Li Cossi beach is 1.7 km away.
Within a few tens of kilometers there are other splendid sandy beaches on the north coast of Sardinia, such as Isola Rossa, La Marinedda, Badesi, Cala Sarraina, Vignola, Rena Majore.
